What the design aims for

Players need no account and no e-mail address.
No advertising and no tracking: not on the device, and not on this site (no analytics, pixels or third-party scripts; fonts are served from this site).
The device keeps its settings, scores and pet on the device itself.
WiFi is off unless a parent turns it on; the device only connects to install or update an app.
An install code is stored on our servers only in scrambled form and is tied to one device once used.
Young creators will need a parent's approval and a parent's e-mail address, and nothing they make becomes public without a review.
